You can reserve your e-ticket through internet, one month (Thirty Days) before the expected journey date (excluding date of journey). Seat reservation booking facility will be closed 2 (two) hours before the scheduled departure time of Journey Date.
A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked the ticket. Please take a printout of that mail and produce it, at the time of boarding. If you have not received your ticket to the mail ID you provided, we have the provision that you will receive a message directly to your mobile from APSTS immediately after booking ticket, you can give the PNR Number in website and you can take a printout. You can also show the SMS to travel.
Tickets can be booked as a Guest User also. Registration is not mandatory to book ticket. For Guest user, valid mobile number is required.

The SMS that is sent to your registered mobile can be produced at the time of boarding and you will be allowed to travel with valid photo ID proof. You need to show any ID proof (Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, and AADHAR Card) to the conductor.
Maximum of six seats can be booked on a single e-ticket.
Yes, the on-duty Conductor can verify the original photo Identity Card of the passenger. If the passenger fails to produce the specified Identity Proof in original during the journey, the ticket will be treated as INVALID and the passenger will be treated as "Travelling without Ticket". Photocopies of Identity proof are not allowed.
After successful on line transaction this e-Ticket will be sent to passenger's e-mail address provided in his profile at the time of Registration. He can get the printout of this e-ticket from his mail or take print out of ticket after login.
Children less than the age of 5 years are allowed to travel free without providing any seat. However, if full seat is desired for the child, then full fare will be charged. Children above the age of 5 years will be charged and separate seat will be allocated. In online booking, there is no options for child ticket. If you book ticket for child in online booking, you have to pay full amount and providing seat for child.
APSTS does not charge anything extra in online mode. The tickets are absolutely at the same cost. Only payment gateway charges will be extra.
Yes. You don't necessarily need to have a Credit card to buy tickets on APSTS e-Ticketing Portal. You can buy tickets through Debit Card or Net Banking also.

Transactions on APSTS are very safe. APSTS uses Secure Socket Layers data encryption. Using SSL ensures that the information exchanged with APSTS is never transmitted unencrypted thus protecting the information from being viewed by unauthorized individuals. This encryption is done using 128-bit RC4 encryption. In addition the Credit card information is processed over secure gateways which are certified by Visas.
If the ticket status is not confirmed / transaction failed and if amount deducted from bank accounts of user, in this conditions payment gateways refunds automatically to user respective accounts.
Yes. The tickets booked through APSTS online can be cancelled upto 2 (two) hours before the scheduled departure time. Money is transferred back to the passenger's Credit/Debit card account/ Net banking account. Please note that the cancellation fee is as per the E-Ticket Terms and Conditions.
Once you have booked your e-ticket, you will not be allowed to change the date and time of journey. You cannot replace the name, gender, age, etc. In such case you will have to cancel e-ticket first and re-book with the desired date, time, etc.
Refund of fare will be made through respective bank account only. No cash refund will be given to passengers. For cancellation of e-ticket.

Partial cancellation is allowed, for which cancellation terms & conditions will apply.
The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstances, passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the ticket amount will be refunded. Route Diversion charges, if necessary will be collected by the conductor at the time of journey. However in case of breakdown of the bus, the fare for uncovered portion of journey considering the nearest fare stage will be refundable.
All e-Ticket cancellation refunds may process through payment gateway, i.e. passenger may get refund amount in their bank account/card /wallet through which they book ticket.
No eMail request will be entertained for the cancellation of tickets. User are required to cancel their ticket by their user ID only.
Cancellation of E-Tickets can only be done online by the user up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the bus (from the originating station of the route). Within 2 hours prior to the Departure Time of the Bus from Originating Station of the route, e-Tickets cannot be cancelled through any mode i.e. Online or APSTS Counters. After departure of the bus from originating station of the route, no cancellation of e-Tickets allowed.
Payment Gateway Service charges will not be refunded for service cancellation/ failure transactions in e-ticketing.
In case of technical / Break Down problem, the traveller will be allowed to travel in other APSTS buses or refund will be made for the remaining journey.
Cancellation/Refund/Rescheduling Ticket booked through Online, refund will be done to their respective Credit Cards/Debit Cards/wallet/net banking/ Bank Accounts according to the Bank procedure. No refund will be done at APSTS ticket booking counters or by bus conductor.
APSTS provides 100% refund, if the bus is cancelled due to some unavoidable reason by APSTS. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reasons not directly related to APSTS, it does not provide any refund.
No refund for non-performance of journey.
No refund will be made in case of E-Tickets within 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the bus from originating station of the route.
1. Before 24 Hrs of the scheduled departure time from originating station of route, 75% amount will be refunded. (Excluding reservation charges, if any) 2. From 24 Hrs up to 2 Hrs before the scheduled departure time from originating station of route, 50% amount will be refunded. (Excluding reservation charges, if any)
